Refund policy

For Classroom Training:

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the scheduled course date will result in a full refund.  Cancellations 15-30 days prior to the scheduled course date will result in a 50% refund.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 15 days prior to the scheduled course date.

For Online Training:

No refunds will be provided after receipt of the online course links.  Course links are typically delivered by email within 1 business day after a course is purchased.
